Once purchased, a coaching plan starts upon an agreed date after the nutritional coach has received all required information and proceeds to structure a bespoke wellness plan. Upon starting the wellness plan, the Client will be debited monthly and according to the selected Service until such a time that it is no longer needed.
Due to the nature of these individual bespoke coaching services, satisfaction and success issues need to be identified promptly to maintain a healthy client-coach relationship and to ensure that coaching sessions provide positive outcomes. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the coaching that you have purchased or need to stop your sessions due to any reason personal or financial and would like to cancel your subscription, just contact us two weeks before the end of your running coaching month by emailing us at jeanswellnessproject@gmail.com stating 'Cancellation' in the subject field. Your registered card will no longer be charged bringing your subscription to an end.
In the case of any banking error where your card is charged after a cancellation, or you accidentally purchase two coaching plans, please communicate this to us and we will issue a full and prompt refund.

All Services are pre-paid by method of credit or debit card and are managed by 'Stripe' our financial transactions operator.

The Client commits to their initial purchased month of coaching knowing that should they wish to discontinue receiving the Service before the month of coaching is concluded, this does not entitle them to a refund whole or partial.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update our Refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this Refund and Cancellation Policy periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page.

Changes to our Refund and Cancellation Policy will become effective 10 days after they are publicly published on this page. We will update the “published date” at the top of this Policy when a new policy is posted.
We will also notify Customers via email and/or a prominent notice on our Services, before the change becomes effective and update the “effective date” at the top of this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
