About the Wellness Project
I created the Wellness Project in order to help people be the best version of themselves through an improved approach to eating and living.
The Project aims to train people to develop an understanding of their body's needs and ways of fulfilling these needs in a healthy and nutritionally rich way.
Wellness is a result of reaching your goals in a natural way as your body becomes balanced.

We all have our life's journey and some go through it at half of their potential. My goal is to change that and help You to be the best version of yourself by unlocking you body's full potential. I have been helping people reach their goals without giving up anything they enjoy while introducing them to new nutritional experiences. My approach leads only to success as it involves scientifically proven methods to achieve the desired results. These results have been a sort of secret reserved for the few, but I'm here to change all that and offer You the opportunity to claim your ideal body shape, its weight and your overall wellness.
My pregnancy journey changed completely when I started working with Jean. No restrictions and providing my body and my baby with nutritious, healthy food. Her suggestions for the meals were the meals based on how I was feeling and it was 100% personalised to my personal needs. I managed to gain only 10 kg and I had energy until the last day. I was able to train and I didn’t have any cravings. My overall experience was amazing!
